Our Matwork courses are for all levels:

whether you are a beginner or advanced level.

With a maximum of 6 participants in order to dedicate maximum attention to the customer.

PRINCIPLES MAT

 

A low intensity workout, perfect for beginners or those looking for a slower, more mindful practice.

It helps to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and release stress.

HAPPY MONDAY

 

A total body workout on the mat, with the use of small tools,

to energize the body for the new week.

A slow, controlled workout focused on a few key exercises to strengthen your core and improve your posture.
